Refund Policy

At ePrint Choice, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, this Refund Policy outlines the steps for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Refunds or replacements can be requested if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.
  • Incorrect items were delivered.
  • The item doesn’t match its description on our website.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue to begin the return process.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:
  • Opened ink/toner cartridges
  • Used printers or accessories
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as clearance or final-sale

If your return request is approved:
  1. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories.
  3. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please send us photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the order will be treated as a return.
